摘 要在“独生子女”背景下,许多幼儿园通过开展混龄教育来弥补异龄幼儿的交往问题,随着“二胎”政策的全面开放,混龄教育的发展是否还有存在的必要和价值呢?一线的幼儿教师作为混龄教育的实施者,他们又是如何看待混龄教育的呢?笔者通过发放问卷和访谈了解在“二胎”背景下幼儿教师对于混龄教育的看法及态度。调查结果主要如下:(1)“二胎”背景下,大部分幼儿教师对混龄教育的开展态度积极;(2)“二胎”背景下大部分幼儿教师倾向于开展间断性混龄游戏;(3)“二胎”背景下教师对担任混龄班教师的意愿有所提高;(4)幼儿教师对混龄教育的优势和不足的认识基本符合理论依据。可见,大部分幼儿教师对混龄教育的认识积极,但是也有部分教师对混龄教育存在畏难情绪。最后笔者通过查阅相关文献,提出了一些教育建议。89863
Abstract In the "China one" background, many kindergartens by carrying out the communication problem of mixed age education to make up for the children of different ages,with the "second child" policy,the development of mixed age education is still necessary and value?The first line of preschool teachers as the implementation of mixed age education,they are how to look at mixed age education?The author through questionnaires and interviews to understand the views and attitudes of preschool teachers on mixed age education under the background of the "second child" policy。 The main findings are as follows: (1)Under the background of "second child",most of the preschool teachers have positive attitude towards the mixed age education。(2)Under the background of "second child",most teachers tend to carry out the discontinuous mixed age play;(3)Under the background of "second child", the teachers' willingness to serve as a mixed age teacher has been improved;(4)Preschool teachers' understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of mixed age education is basically in line with the theoretical basis。Therefore, most of the early childhood teachers' understanding of mixed age education actively,but also some teachers of mixed age education have fear of difficulty。By consulting the relevant literature,the author puts forward some educational suggestions。
