摘 要 随着中国的教育水平的迅速发展,基础教育的受重视程度年年提升。小学教育作为学生接触理论性知识的起点,发挥了重要的地基作用。小学课堂有着复杂多变的环境,学生在课堂中的表现很大程度决定了课堂的效率与教学的有效程度。因此,教师为顺利进行课堂教学活动,必须掌握一定的课堂管理策略。而课堂管理的能力往往需要教师多年的理论与实践的支持。课堂管理策略的研究就显得尤为重要。
学生是学习的主体,在学校的大部分时间都是在课堂中度过的,课堂成为了学生获得知识的直接途径。可以说学生的身心发展水平在一定程度上是由学校教育所决定的。教师如何采用正确的管理方法引导学生,促进学生的身心发展成了当下小学教师必须探讨的问题。90401
本文将从小学课堂常规管理策略的实际研究出发,介绍当下小学一线教学当中课堂常规管理的运用情况,以及课堂常规管理策略的观察和分类。通过文献法,课堂观察法,访谈法等研究方法对研究记录进行理论实践分析。以小学常规课堂管理策略的类型进行总结和探索,指出当下课堂常规管理存在的问题,从而促进小学教师课堂管理策略整合的综合发展,探求有意义的小学课堂常规管理策略。

Abstract With the rising of China’s overall national power, education, especially the fundamental education is becoming more and more important。 The education in the elementary school, as the beginning of all the systematical knowledge the students can be learned, is considered the most needed in all kinds of the education forms。
For there are too many students in a class, it can be hard for elementary teachers to have a good control of the whole class circumstance。 The behaviors of the students would affect the efficiency of class teaching。 How to manage the classroom? What can teacher do to accomplish the teaching task? Which method can be used in the classroom when something unpredictable happened? These questions should be put on agenda by all of the elementary teachers。
The classroom management strategies are what the teachers need to take a good control of the class。 With it teacher can have a clear mind about the process of the class。 But the strategies need to be generalized and to be researched。 And it is essential for novice teachers to learn about these strategies。
Students spend most their time in school。 And it is the direct place for students to gain knowledge。 We may even say that the school education decide the development of a student。 The way teacher used to manage students’ behaviors in the class need to be well studied。
This research has taken the records of two classes of grade four and grade five from two different schools in Hangzhou。 It will introduce six ways of classroom management strategies the teachers used in their classes。 The research used three kinds of study methods to record the data。 The data is well analyzed and being used to discover the meaningful classroom management strategies for elementary school。
