摘 要 教育均衡发展是党和国家历来重视的,乡村教育中,教师队伍是不可或缺的,因此国家实施了一系列农村教师补贴政策,为农村教师谋福利。通过对丽水市遂昌县某一农村小学的走访调查,并选择其中一位教师进行深入的访谈,通过对他的日常生活及工作的调查,了解到农村小学教师补贴政策对教师职业幸福感带来的影响。教师完成教育工作、建立事业基础、追求专业发展的基本要求是教师的幸福感。但基本的物质需求在实施补贴后,依然得不到满足,幸福感的最低层次无法达到。主要原因还是农村经济发展水平不足、基础设施不完善等。要提升教师职业幸福感,要从内部和外部两方面入手:一是教师要努力完善自我,调整心态等,二是政府要坚持补贴政策的落实,抓好农村建设等。85412
