摘 要在教师专业化的国际潮流影响下,提高小学教师素养,培养能够进行多足学科教学的卓越教师是师范院校进行教师教育的必然趋势。本文通过文献研究、访谈法、文本研究等研究方法,着眼于地缘文化较近的韩国,对韩国小学教师的职前培养及任用进行研究分析。本研究分析得出了韩国教育大学招生制度丰富多样,课程设置注重实际教学能力,教师资格证制度分类细致,任用考试制度考核全面这几个特点,再结合中国小学教育及小学教师教育现状,提出了以下三方面的建议:1、招生过程中重视面试环节 2、课程设置上增加教学技能训练及多科目教学方法指导 3、完善教师资格证制度和教师编制制度。85397

Under the influence of the international trend of teachers' professionalization, improving the quality of primary school teachers and cultivating excellent teachers in multi subject teaching is the inevitable trend of Teacher Education in normal colleges。 This article through the literature research, the interview method, the text research method and so on focuses on the study of the pre service training and appointment of primary school teachers in South Korea。 This study analyzed the enrollment system of the National University of education is rich, curriculum pays attention to practical teaching ability, teacher qualification system has pricise classification, appointment examination evaluated comprehensively, combined with the characteristics of the four aspects in the process of enrollment system, curriculum, teacher qualification system and appointment examination system of the Korean primary school teacher training, primary school education and primary school teachers with China education present situation, put forward the following three suggestions: 1、the admissions process pay attention to interview; 2、the curriculum and teaching skills training to increase the multi subject teaching method instruction;3、 perfect teacher qualification system and teacher preparation system。
