摘 要
近年来,自闭症发病率的提高引起越来越多来自社会各界以及专家学者们的关注。 社会交流和互动障碍是自闭症核心症状之一,它已成为自闭症康复教育领域的一个研究热点。很多研究证明主动性语言是影响自闭症儿童社会交流和互动的关键要素,所以对自闭症儿童主动性语言行为的干预非常重要。目前国际上对自闭症的干预有11种有科学循证的干预方法,关键反应训练就是其中之一。85385
本研究选取了一名语言条件较好的自闭症儿童,采用关键反应训练对自闭症儿童的主动性语言进行干预。 结果发现:关键反应训练对自闭症儿童主动性语言有积极影响,能提高自闭症儿童的主动性语言并很好得维持。通过关键反应训练自闭症儿童主动性语言能够进行泛化,能够提高其社会交往能力。
Abstract
The professional and social concerns about the rising incidence of autism are increasing in recent years。 Social communication and interaction disorder as one of the core symptoms of autism has been a popular study point in the field of training and rehabilitation of the autistic children。 Studies prove that active language is a key factor influencing the social communication and interaction of autistic children。 Therefore, it is important to intervene in the active language behavior of autistic children。Internationally, there are 11 scientific evidence-based intervention methods for autistic children。 Pivotal Response Training is one of them。
This study used pivotal response training to intervene the active language of children with autism。 An autistic child with relatively higher language level was selected, and pivotal response training was adopted to intervene in his active language。The results found in this research: Pivotal Response Training has positive effects on the active language of children with autism。 It can help autistic children to improve and maintain the active language。 Through the pivotal response training, autistic children's active language can be generalized, and their social communication ability can be improved。。
