摘  要:课外辅导是学校教育衍生出来一种常见的教育模式,是对学校教育的必要补充,对学生的学习行为也有着不可忽略的作用。小学阶段是学生养成良好学习行为的重要阶段,在这一时期养成的学习习惯,将会伴随孩子的一生,并影响其学习能力的发展和学业成绩的高低。因此,研究课外辅导与小学生学习行为的关系,是小学生全面发展的重要方面,也是终身教育基础建设的起点。无论是家庭还是学校,都应该重视课外辅导对学生学习行为的影响。

本文在总结国内外对小学生参与课外辅导的研究概况、研究内容、研究结论以及研究差异等方面的基础上,走进小学,通过问卷调查和访谈的形式对课外辅导现象进行调查和分析。通过调查发现,大多数小学生都有参与课外辅导机构的经历,但是课外辅导机构并不重视对孩子的学习行为的培养,同时家长也缺乏对孩子学习行为的关注。本文在此基础上,探讨课外辅导多元化、多模式的发展趋势及学校、家庭和课外辅导机构相互协调等策略,从而使学生正确认识课外辅导,正确利用课外辅导发展自我,养成良好的学习行为。91774
