摘 要:伴随社会的全面进步,人类文明的不断发展,合作与竞争已经成为人们发展的必然要求,同时也是社会对人才培养提出的重要要求。幼儿教育是进行人才培养的启蒙阶段,在人才培养的全过程中发挥重要作用。本文以幼儿教育为研究视角,针对如何培养幼儿的合作与竞争意识进行阐述,旨在全面推动我国幼儿教育事业的发展,提高幼儿教学水平,为人才培养奠定良好的基础。文章主要通过三个部分进行相关阐述,首先分别分析了培养幼儿竞争意识与合作意识对于幼儿发展的重要作用,然后根据现阶段幼儿发展得实际情况,对现阶段我国幼儿缺乏合作与竞争意识的种种表现进行了分析,最后根据幼儿年龄段特征,对如何培养幼儿的合作与竞争意识提出几点建议。70776

1 前言:伴随社会的发展,市场经济体制的不断深化,人民群众的生活水平得到提供,生活质量得到改善,同时对人民群众的综合素质也提出了更高的要求,使得人们在生活和共同合作中所面临的竞争日趋激烈。社会化大生产背景下,人们的工作和生活环境呈现多元化、复杂化的发展态势,良好的合作与竞争已经成为人们必须拥有的个人素质。幼儿教育作为终身教育与素质教育的基础,合作与竞争相对于幼儿教育而言,是在进行幼儿教育的过程中,在幼儿的游戏、学习、生活中,使得幼儿能够与身边的同伴进行较好的分工协作,而且在此过程中能够形成一定的危机时,进而在危机中进行竞争,提高幼儿主观能动性,积极的参与到竞争当中,合作与竞争相辅相成,幼儿在合作的前提下进行竞争,在竞争中开展合作,为日后的学习、生活、工作奠定有利的基础。
