摘要本文以大学的青年教师为例,采用文献法和问卷调查的方法,对大学青年教师进行抽样调查,再用spss对调查数据进行分析,从而来了解大学青年教师的压力现状。从分析结果看,大学的青年教师都存在着不同程度的职业压力,并且这些压力的来源是多方面的。在分析调查的几个因子中,科研晋升和竞争机制所带来的压力最大,其次是学校的管理与考评、个人发展、工作负荷以及学生家长因素所带来的压力,而人际关系这一因子所带来的压力最小。最后再针对这些来源,分别从教师自身、学校以及社会三方面提出相关的建议。81151

Study on pressure relief and occupation of young teachers in Colleges and Universities - Taking University as an example
Abstract This paper in university young teachers, for example, using the method of literature and questionnaire survey method, of Normal University Young Teachers of sampling survey, use SPSS to survey data were analyzed to understand the status of university young teachers pressure。 From the analysis results, the young teachers in Normal University have different levels of occupational stress, and the sources of these pressures are various。 In the investigation and analysis of several factors, promotion of scientific research and the mechanism of competition brought about by the pressure is the largest, followed by the school of management and evaluation and inpidual development, work load and the parents of the students factors brought about by the pressure, and interpersonal relationship factors brought about by the pressure minimum。 Finally, in view of these sources, from the teachers themselves, schools and social aspects of the three proposed relevant recommendations。
