幼儿园家长参与幼儿园教育活动的现状研究
摘要:家长参与幼儿园教育活动对幼儿的健康成长具有重要的意义。目前家长参与幼儿园教育活动是家园合作的重要内容，家长参与幼儿园的教育活动是学前教育发展进步的新趋向,不仅利于学前教育政策法规的贯彻执行,更重要的是实现和促进幼儿身心全面和谐发展的重要内容之一。随着家长参与幼儿园教育活动的普遍发展，家长参与幼儿园教育活动的问题也就开始显现了。本文针对家长参与教育活动展开调查，文中选用问卷法、访谈法。对周口市W幼儿园家长参与幼儿园教育活动开展情况进行调查和分析。通过分析发现存在的问题有：家长参与幼儿园教育活动的积极性不高；家长参与幼儿教育活动的目的不明确；家长参与幼儿园教育活动的形式单一等问题，在本文中针对这些问题提出建议：提高家长参与幼儿园教育活动的积极性；明确家长参与幼儿园教育活动的目的；丰富家长参与幼儿园教育活动的形式。82175

家长参与幼儿园教育活动现状的研究
——以周口市W幼儿园为例
《<幼儿园教育指导纲要>（试行）解读》中指出：“家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴。应本着尊重、平等合作的原则，争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与，并积极支持帮助家长提高教育能力[1]。” 家长参与幼儿园教育活动是对幼儿的成长关注的重要途径，幼儿园与家长，两者在教育目的、过程和方法上是高度一致的，这样才使得教育效果达到最大化。本研究对周口市W幼儿园家长发放100份问卷调查，有效收回94份，针对周口市W幼儿园家长参与幼儿园教育活动的现象存在的问题进行分析，并针对其现象提出改进建议和意见。
