随着贸易自由化进程的加快，知识经济时代的特征愈发明显。广大新兴发展中国家的经济和科技发展速度越来越快,发达国家为了维持在市场上的垄断地位常常以知识产权保护的名义设置知识产权壁垒。中国作为世界上最大的电子产品出口国，频频面临知识产权壁垒的问题，短期内，这对中国电子产品的出口贸易造成了一定的消极影响。

本文从探究知识产权壁垒的内涵、产生的原因以及表现形式开始，结合中国近十几年来电子产品出口情况，参考贸易引力模型，引入主要出口对象国PCT专利圈定数量这一变量通过回归分析论证知识产权壁垒对中国电子产品出口的具体影响，并层层分析其影响发生的路径，最后，根据实证研究的结果分别从知识产权保护、自主创新等角度总结出中国电子产品在出口贸易上应如何克服知识产权壁垒的不利影响，发挥其有利影响的相关对策。85298

Abstract

With the speeding up of the process of trade liberalization, the characteristics of the era of knowledge economy is increasingly obvious。 The emerging developing country's economy and science and technology developing faster and faster, with developed countries in order to maintain the monopoly position in the market, often in the name of the intellectual property rights (ipr) protection for setting up barriers to intellectual property rights。 China as the world's biggest exporter of electronics has been the problem of intellectual property barriers, in the short term, for China's electronic products export trade has caused certain negative influence。

This article from exploring the connotation, the causes of intellectual property rights barriers and form, combined with China's electronic products export situation in last decade, refer to the trade gravity model and introducing the main exports of PCT patent quantity for delineating the variable regression analysis demonstrated through specific intellectual property barriers on China's electronic products export, and layer upon layer analysis of the influence of path, in the end, according to the result of empirical study, respectively, from the perspective of intellectual property protection and independent innovation, summarizes the China electronics products on the export trade should be how to overcome the negative impact of the intellectual property rights barriers play its beneficial effects of relevant countermeasures。
