摘要我国商业银行理财产品销售情况异常火爆,原因在于,理财市场的飞速发展和居民理财需求的不断扩大。但繁荣的背后也存在一定的问题,即银行理财产品日趋同质化。首先,本文对银行理财产品简要概述并分类总结,然后提出我国商业银行理财产品存在同质化问题。通过历史数据的收集与分析,浅析理财产品存在收益方式、预期收益率、基础资产等同质化表现。分析得出我国分业经营和监管的模式一定程度限制了理财产品的创新,银行缺乏独立的定价能力、匮乏的人才资源也阻碍着理财产品差异化的进程。最后,本文从宏观的金融体制改革和微观的银行层面提出相关建议,这对于加强我国商业银行业务创新、提高理财产品购买者的权益具有一定的现实意义。45235

Abstract
In 2014,China's commercial banks financial products have been sold boomingly because of the rapid development of financial markets and the expanding of residents’ demand for financing. But behind the prosperity there are some problems that are namely increasing homogenization of banks financial products. This article first summarizes the classification of banks financial products,and then propose the homogenization problems that exist in the banks financial products. Through the collection and analysis of historical data,it simply analyses the existence of income approach of financial products, expected yield,and the performance of the underlying assets,such as homogenization. The results of the analysis show that separate management and supervisory model to some extent limit the innovative financial products, and the lack of an independent pricing power of banks,lack of human resources also hamper the process of financial product differentiation. Finally, this paper presents recommendations from the bank's financial order and reform of macro and micro level banks,to provide a reference for promoting the healthy and orderly development of China's commercial banks financial products market.
