摘要颚式破碎机作为目前国内最先进的破碎机械,具有结构简单、制造容易、工作稳定可靠、使用维修方便等优点,在国内矿山、建材、基建等行业得到了广泛的应用。本设计是为了满足生产需求进料尺寸:425mm:出料口:50mm~70mm;产量:45~100t/h而研究的,因此本论文选择设计复摆颚式破碎机PE500×750(P:破;E:颚;500×700:进料口宽度×长度),解决了上述生产条件的要求。
论文绪论部分简单的介绍了几种常见的破碎方式,并对国内外破碎行业做出了主要的分析和研究。设计环节,论文首先根据颚式破碎机的工作原理对破碎机进行了总体的设计,设计内容主要包括颚式破碎机的机架、工作机构、传动机构、调整装置、保险装置和润滑系统等结构设计与分析。其次,对破碎机一些主要的参数(排料口尺寸、啮合角、破碎腔深度、动颚行程等)进行了计算,并对偏心轴和传送带进行了强度分析和计算。最后,通过对动颚简化建模,进行了动颚受力的有限元分析,验证了动颚结构的可靠性。95109

Abstract Jaw crusher, as the most advanced crushing machinery, has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, stable and reliable work, convenient maintenance and so on, and has been widely used in the domestic mining, building materials, infrastructure and other industries。 This design is to meet the production requirements of the Feed size: 425mm: 50mm; output: 45 and research, so this paper chooses to design the compound pendulum jaw crusher Pe500x750 (p: break; e: jaw; 500 X 700: inlet width × length), which solves the requirements of the above production conditions。
The introduction part of the paper introduces several kinds of common crushing methods, and makes the main analysis and research on the crushing industry at home and abroad。 The design link, the thesis first according to the jaw Crusher's working principle to the crusher carried on the overall design, the design content mainly includes the jaw Crusher's frame, the working mechanism, the transmission mechanism, the adjustment installment, the insurance installment and the lubrication system and so on structure design and the analysis。 Secondly, the paper calculates the main parameters of the crusher, such as the size of the discharging port, the meshing angle, the depth of the crushing cavity and the stroke of the moving jaw, and the strength analysis and calculation of the eccentric shaft and the conveyor belt。 Finally, through the simplified modeling of moving jaw, the finite element analysis of the dynamic jaw force is carried out, and the reliability of the movable jaw structure is verified。
