本文主要从五个方面来进行。在绪论部分,主要针对集装箱船的研究背景及意义 做了详细介绍,阐述生产设计现状及本文的思路;第二部分是进行 TRIBON 软件和 集装箱船的介绍,主要介绍本次生产设计的软件和对象;然后是进行本次生产设计的 主体——B22C 分段的生产设计,这一部分总共分三步,首先是结构图、拼板图的设 计过程,其次是对涂装要领进行说明,最后是脚手架和吊码这类工装的设计。
生产设计随着时代的发展一直处于发展状态中,随着智能制造的提出,船舶建造 也在紧跟时代的潮流,引入智能制造概念,而生产设计在智能制造中起着基础性的作 用。因此,我们要不断完善生产设计,适应船舶建造的发展。
