研究先介绍了整个造船行业的发展背景和发展现状,并简要的介绍分析了本研究 的主要内容以及研究价值,概括分析了液化气船的发展现状、主要特征、类型划分以 及未来发展趋势。基于发展现状,结合生产流程以及生产能力,研究分析 27500 立方液化气船货舱底部 305 分段的生产设计。从基本结构、总布置、分段划分、中横剖面、 建造方针这些领域明确具体的施工要领,进行结构图和拼板图的绘制,明确零件明细, 进行吊环吊马的设置,对分段重心予以计算,对分段吊环之安装进行图示化绘制,并 探讨液化气船在结构方面的特征和未来的整体发展趋势。
