摘要:在国内外造船行业竞争愈发激烈的情况下,我国作为全球第一造船大国对于生产设计仍有迫切需要,“十三五”期间是我国船舶工业发展的关键时期,我国在自主创新能力、产品结构、生产效率、船舶配套产业上仍有欠缺。生产设计的应用能做到有效提高和完善,故应投入更多的重视和研究。
本次毕业设计研究课题为MPC30多用途船2111分段生产设计,主要研究绘制了其结构图,拼板图,吊马图,生产设计编码等,对历年各船舶生产设计案例的指导思想、产品特点一一研读,并结合承造厂的状况,拟合建造MPC30多用途船2111分段的生产设计方案。本文详细讨论了MPC30D多用途船2111分段的生产设计建造方法和各项要求,以及其装配焊接工艺和吊装细节过程,多方面考虑了最终生产设计方案的可行性和科学性,在确保质量尽量高的同时实现其经济性与高效性的结合。
