25000DWT油船船体建造方案及货舱底部分段生产设计摘要:由于对能源的需求量越来越多,中型油船作为近海域运输主要工具,需求将也在不断增加,近年来,油船泄漏事故导致的污染问题越来越大,为避免再次出现这种问题,规范上对油船的规定也越来越多。

国内外船舶建造模式进行对比,了解我国船舶建造方面的的不足,对现代造船基本理论进行初步了解,对数字化造船基本概念进行阐述,对金陵船厂进行基本调研,了解船坞设备情况。

本船实行设计、生产、管理相结合的制造方式,在分段划分时,在考虑船厂设备情况、起吊能力、安全问题的前提下,尽量扩大预舾装率,划分较大的分段,提高船厂生产效率,控制生产成本。

在对209货舱底部分段的分段建造时,通过加放余量,控制生产流程,从而对生产过程中精度的控制,实现精度造船。对本分段的建造过程的了解,从而对整个造船过程进行把控,作为生产其余分段的依据。
