摘要:随着机械化技术的发展,尤其是电机和滚珠丝杠技术的迅速发展,机械系统的安装平台逐渐由固定式、手动可调式逐渐发展到自动调节平台。 本文设计了一种用于减速器试验系统用二自由度安装调节平台。该平台采用电动调
节和手动调节相结合的方式控制各自由度方向上的运动,可以在水平方向和高度方向上 对平台进行位置调节;该平台的设计采用笼式对称结构,大幅提高了平台的承载能力;通 过贯穿设计始终的有限元分析,使平台结构紧凑,从而节约了安装空间,论文的主要内容 如下:
第一章,简述了二自由度安装、调节平台设计研究的背景和意义。通过对国内外多自 由度安装、调节平台发展现状的研究,结合本课题的设计要求,完成二自由度安装、调节 平台原始方案的构想。
第二章,分析和确定二自由度安装、调节平台的目的和要求,选择工作原理,设计总 体传动方案,对可行的传动方案进行分析比较,确定最佳的传动方案,并进行总体布置设 计。
第三章,计算和确定主要尺寸,绘制三维零件图和装配图。 第四章,对关键零件和二自由度安装、调节平台进行有限元分析。 第五章,总结全文,并提出了下一步的工作展望。

Abstract:With the development of mechanization and automation technology, especially the rapid development of motor and ball screw technology, The installation platform of the mechanical system is developed by the fixed platform and the manual adjustable platform to the automatic adjustment platform.
In this paper, a two-degree-of-freedom installation and adjustment platform is designed for the reducer test system. The platform uses the combination of electric adjustment and manual adjustment to control the movement in the dir ection of the respective degrees of freedom. The platform can be adjusted in the horizontal direction and the height direction. The platform is designed with cage symmetrical structure to improve the bearing capacity of the platfo rm. Through the design of the finite element analysis, optimize the platform structure, reduce the installation space,The thesis is outlined as followin g: Chapter 1 briefly introduces the background and significance of the two-degre e-of-freedom installation and adjustment platform design research.
