摘要:船舶生产设计在整个船舶设计建造过程中的地位不容小视。生产设计以详细设计为基础，根据船厂情况、技术条件等等，在图纸上事先模拟了船舶的整个建造过程，解决施工过程中可能遇到的实际问题，详细说明了“怎样造船”。所以生产设计的研究也是至关重要的。

散货船是各类船舶中整体结构相对比较简单的船型，国内外的发展都已经非常成熟。本文主要介绍了58000DWT散货船的概况和总体的建造方案，基于该船详细设计图纸，具体分析了308C分段的结构特点。针对308C分段的特征编写了施工要领、焊接要求、变形的预防措施、分段完工测量与检验的要求，并绘制了分段结构图、拼板图、吊马图，编制了零件明细表。

Abstract:Ship production design throughout the design and construction of the ship's position can not be overlooked. Production design based on detailed design, according to the shipyard, technical conditions, etc., on the simulation of the shipbuilding in the drawings before the entire construction process to solve the construction process may encounter practical problems, detailing the "how to shipbuilding." So the study of production design is also crucial.

This article mainly introduces the general situation of the 58000DWT bulk carrier and the overall construction plan. Based on the detailed design drawings of the ship, the structural characteristics of the 308C segment are analyzed concretely. According to the characteristics of 308C segmentation, the requirements of construction method, welding request, deformation prevention measures, section completion measurement and inspection are compiled, and the sub - structure chart, puzzle diagram and hatch diagram are drawn, and the parts list is compiled.
