摘要随着人们生活质量的提高,人们对汽车的要求也越来越高,人们更追求安全、智能和清洁的汽车,也就是对汽车的操纵稳定性、平顺性、舒适性的要求越来越高,而汽车的这些性能都与汽车的悬架系统紧密相关。其中,舒适性是汽车最重要的使用性能之一。舒适性与车身的固有振动特性有关,而车身的固有振动特性又与悬架的特性相关。53182

进入21世纪,汽车悬架的发展的变得日渐成熟,按导向机构的结构不同悬架可分为非独立悬架和独立悬架,按控制形式不同可分为被动悬架和主动悬架,现在很多中高级轿车都用上了独立悬架,从而也就大大提高了轿车行驶过程中的舒适性。

而我的毕业设计的主要内容是麦弗逊式悬架,它是独立悬架的一种,而且它的组成构造简单.我首先通过proe三维软件根据该悬架的特点和设计要求设计了该机构的主要零件,主要由单筒式减震器,螺旋弹簧,下横臂,车桥和车轮以及车架和车身这几部分组成,从中进行了相关参数的选择。其次通过在悬架整体结构设计完成的基础上进行其装配和运动仿真,分析其运动特点。从而在此基础上更加完善优化麦弗逊独立悬架结构。

Entered in twenty-first Century, the automobile suspension into a persified development, according to the guide mechanism structure of different suspension can be pided into dependent and independentsuspension, according to the different control forms can be pided into passive suspension and active suspension, now many senior car with independent suspension, greatly improving the car ride comfort.

The graduation design of the main content is Mcpherson suspension, it is a kind of independent suspension, the structure is simple. I firstly by proe three-dimensional software design of the main parts of the mechanism according to the characteristics of the suspension and the design requirements, mainly by the shock absorber, helical spring, a lower cross arm, consisting of the axle and wheel in part, the related parameters from the selection in the. Secondly, through the whole structure of suspension design based on the assembly and motion simulation, analysis of its characteristics. Then based on more completeoptimization ofMcpherson independent suspension structure.
