摘要本文通过对枪械后坐参数测试系统研究,制定出了一套具体的方案,方案中考虑到了测试的环境、干扰、对硬件的要求等。最后设计出了由测试平台、传感器、调理器、数采系统和LABVIEW7.1组成的测试系统用以对枪械的后坐参数进行测试。60976

采用模块化的设计原则,以使用虚拟仪器这一手段为主来设计出可行的测试方案。同时,基于设计要求,对传感器等硬件进行了合理化的选型。使用LABVIEW7.1为测试软件进行编程,达到测试所需的各种要求完成测试程序。

通过对数据的一套流程化管理,即从采样开始,到数据整合显示并保存的过程,完成了对本测试系统的研究和分析,以硬件平台为载体,数采系统为核心,编程软件为指导方式完成了这一具体化的测试系统。

本人通过对测试系统的部分调试和实验,得到了部分实验结果,并对后坐参数的测量系统设计有了一定的了解。所得到的结果也表示本测试系统可以基本可以顺利完成测试的要求,并且结果较为真实可信。

Title  the method of Gun Recoil Parameters Test

Abstract Testing Gun recoil Parameters is very important in the process of designing, producing and accepting of .According to the features exist in the testing process of firearm’s dynamic parameters, such as harsh testing condition,multi-interference and so on, this paper, based on virtual instrument technology, builds a gun recoil parameters test system which is consisted of sensors,date acquisition devices and special test software.

Taking fully account of the practical requirements and cost-performance, the gun recoil parameters test system is built by using date acquisition module based on PCI and application software of virtual instrument. After analyzing the characters of all dynamic parameters, high reliability, high cost-effective and user-friendly sensors and signal conditioning units are selected. The software system is developed based on graphic programming software LABVIEW7.1, using the modularization method. It realizes the function of automatic date acquisition,processing and analysis, automatic results showing and automatically reports generated. In this paper, the database module is specially developed so as to facilitate retrieval of test date.

Gun recoil parameters tests are carried to verify system performance, including chamber pressure measurement, chamber energy etc.The results show that the  test system of Gun recoil parameters has satisfied the requirements of practical tests, and the building fo hardware is 

reasonable, high cost effective. The software system good man-machine interface, and it meets with the operation custom of shooting range’s personnel.
