摘要枪口制退器是安装在枪口,它是一种比较常见的减小自动武器后坐能量的装置。膛 口制退器有多种的结构,而这些不同的结构可以调节在射击时,火药燃气流过边孔道和 中央弹孔的比例;本文主要研究通过控制边孔道的气流的方向和速度,设计优化转管武器 的膛口制退器,膛口制退器主要是以动量传递的方式来减小火药燃气对枪械的后坐能量。 在评价膛口制退器的对于减后坐的作用大小的时,通常用装置的减后坐效率来分析。 69447
本文分析和比较了国内外减后坐技术,以及转管武器的发展情况,查阅相关文献和 资料,对三管转管武器的膛口制退器进行分析和设计,绘制 CAD 工程图。再进行内弹道 的计算,计算出武器后坐力,利用气体动力学知识,计算出制退器的减后坐效率,最后 进行软件 Adams 仿真分析,确定最终减后坐方案。

Title Design Of Reduce Recoil Technology
For Gatling Machine Gun
Abstract
The Muzzle Brake is a kind of device normally used to reduce the recoil energy of the gun muzzle. Function principle of the brake is reducing the recoil energy exerted by the explosive gas to the gun with momentum transfer. The brake exists various structures which can control The ratio of the explosive gas flowing through the central holes and side holes respectively. This paper mainly designs and optimizes the brake of Gatling Weapon by the direction and speed of gas-flow. The Practical degree of brake is usually valuated by its efficiency.
In this paper, the techniques of the muzzle brake and the development of revolving Gatling weapon, at home and abroad, are discussed and analyzed. Also, relevant literature and reference books are consulted, in order to design the muzzle brake of 3-barrel Gatling weapon, engineering drawings have been completed. In order to calculate the weapon recoil, an interior ballistic program is compiled. With the program and the knowledge about gas dynamics, the brake's efficiency can be computed. Finally analysis software ADAMS simulation, determine the final sat reduction scheme.
