摘要如今科技高速发展，模具业发展迅猛，产品众多，模具更新速度也是特别快的，优秀模具的功能越来越强，需求量越来越大。现在设计出的主机后盖的注塑模具。使用UG6.0绘图，分析零件结构，再选择合适注塑机，再进行注塑。使用AutoCAD软件画出主机后盖模具的装配图和零件图。70013

本次设计利用计算机辅助设计注射模具，分为注射模具的设计部分和UG建模部分。设计内容主要包括：注射机的选用、分型的选择确定、塑件型腔的数目、主流道和分流道的设计、以及模具设计的计算等。UG建模部分包括使用UG完成建模以及零件图的绘制。

Host cover injection mold design

Abstract

Now the rapid development of science and technology, mould industry is developing rapidly, many products and mould update speed is so fast, excellent mould function is more and more strong, demand is growing. Now the host back cover of injection mold design. Using UG6.0, drawing parts structure, and then choose the right injection molding machine, for injection molding. Use AutoCAD software to draw the host back cover mold assembly drawing and part drawing.

This design using the computer aided design injection mold, pided into the design of injection mould parts and UG modeling. Design content mainly includes: the selection of injection machine, selection of parting, the number of the cavity and the mainstream way and the design of the shunt way, and the calculation of mould design, etc. UG part modeling include the use of UG modeling and drawing parts drawing.
