摘要:离心泵的性能主要是以流量、扬程、所需功率及使用效率来体现的,这些参数之间存在着相互的联系,当流量或转速变化时,其他的参数也会发生相应的变化。要正确选择和使用离心泵,我们必须了解这些参数之间的关系。由于泵的理论还不够完善,所以要获取离心泵的性能参数主要还依赖于性能试验。离心泵的性能曲线共有四条,第一条是流量和扬程曲线,主要用于产品的选型和工作点的确定;第二条为流量与功率曲线,主要用于电机的选择和离心泵操作方法的参考;第三条曲线是流量与效率曲线,主要判断其是否节能;第四条为流量与汽蚀性能曲线,主要决定离心泵的安装高度、储槽压力等是否满足离心泵正常运行的要求。71226
