摘要本设计是利用先进的二次调节技术,进行液压绞车的设计。液压绞车作为起重机械的核心成员,其在各类起重机械中起着至关重要的作用。国内外液压绞车研究院及生产企业非常重视液压绞车的性能优化,而液压绞车性能优化的核心是高效与节能,如今的液压绞车液压系统效率较低、能耗较高,因此,本文以此作为出发点,利用先进的二次调节技术对绞车的液压系统进行重新设计。
首先,本文通过查阅相关文献资料,提出了课题的研究背景,通过了解液压传动技术的定义、分类及特点;对绞车的定义、驱动方式及应用范围进行诠释;介绍二次调节技术的组成、工作原理及研究现状,提出了基于二次调节技术的一种新型节能绞车系统设计,并概述课题的研究内容及意义;73852
其次,通过对传统绞车结构装配方案的分析以及绞车起升起动、起升制动、下降起动、下降制动四个工作过程的动力分析,设计出一种结构简单、体积小、重量轻且维修维护方便的绞车结构,并阐述了绞车结构设计的一些注意事项;
再次,根据任务书给定的参数对绞车卷筒、马达、制动器、离合器、联轴器以及驱动轴进行相应的尺寸、力矩等的设计计算,并进行必要的验算;
最后,在绞车结构的设计的基础上,设计出基于二次调节的绞车液压系统,并对液压系统各回路进行分析以及控制方式进行阐述,对液压系统的主要液压元件进行计算选型,列出元件明细表。
