摘要上世纪60年代以来,我国开始研究数控车床技术。随着计算机技术、自动化技术在机械制造领域的不断应用,现代数控加工技术充分发展。现如今,机械制造业的发展和数控机床已经密不可分,数控机床使用的数控化率也成为衡量机械工业发展快慢程度的一项指标。75590

数控程序的编写在任何数控系统中都会有出现错误的情况,操作人员更是难以提前预知错误,所以在产品加工前,一般需要操作人员反复检查和修正程序。鉴于数控程序较为复杂,且工作量繁重,数控程序的编写往往是产品加工的一大障碍。技术发展衍生出的仿真技术,即通过计算机技术图形学的应用,模拟工件加工切削和刀具运动过程,大大减轻了编程人员的工作量,且效率高,成本低。

当前数控技术发展到仿真领域,判断加工显示过程的动画效果是否流畅真实是评价仿真技术性能优良与否的一个标准。本文在常用的动画技术基础上,从数控机床加工着手,运用Visual C++实现根据程序代码生成相应数控加工仿真动画。

Automatic Programming Animation Display of NC lathe Based on Visual C 

Abstract Since the 1960s in the last century, our country began to study the technology of the numerical control lathe。 With the continuous application of computer technology and automation technology in the field of mechanical manufacturing, the development of modern numerical control has made great progress。 Today, the development of mechanical manufacturing and CNC machine tools have been inseparable, the use of CNC machine tools have become a measure of the rate which can measure the development of the mechanical industry。

  NC program written in any CNC system will appear error, the operator is difficult to predict in advance of the error, so in front of the processed products, generally need to operating personnel repeatedly checking and correction procedures。 In view of the complex NC program, and the heavy workload, the preparation of NC program is often a major obstacle to product processing。 Derived from technical development of simulation technology, namely through the application of computer graphics technology, simulation of work piece machining and tool motion process, greatly reduces the workload of programming personnel, which is characteristic with  high efficiency and low cost。

  At present, the development of numerical control technology has reached the field of simulation。 Judging whether the animation effect of the process is fluent and real is a standard to evaluate the performance of the simulation technology。 In this paper, based on the commonly used animation technology, from the processing of CNC machine tools, the author is intended to study the use of C++ Visual to generate the corresponding NC machining simulation animation according to the program code。
