摘要作为板料成形领域最常见、最重要的成形方法之一,拉深工艺被广泛应用于杯形 件、锥形件、汽车覆盖件和其他不规则零件的生产。模具、设备及工艺都会影响到拉 深件质量,传统的工艺参数的确定往往依赖于从业人员平时所积累的经验,在模具生 产过程中还需要反复进行生产试验和改进,最终获得合格的模具。随着计算机和 CAE 技术的发展,有限元模拟在板料成形工艺参数优化中得到了广泛运用,它不仅能快速 精确地获得合适的工艺参数,同时极大得减少了人力物力等方面的投入,提高了生产 效率,降低了生产成本,给企业带来巨大的经济效益。80621

本文采用有限元模拟软件 Dynaform 数值模拟杯形件拉深成形过程。通过分析杯 形件拉深成形后不同区域的应力应变状态以及厚度分布情况,研究拉深速度、压边力、 摩擦系数、凸凹模间隙、凸凹模圆角半径等工艺参数对拉深零件成形质量的影响。结 果表明在杯形件拉深成形中容易发生破裂和起皱的区域分别在凸模圆角区和杯口区, 压边力、拉深速度、摩擦系数、凸凹模圆角半径等工艺参数对缺陷的发生均有不同程 度的影响,合理的选择成形参数,可以降低发生缺陷的几率,生产出形状尺寸合格, 力学性能优良的拉深零件。

Abstract As one of the most common and important forming method in the field of sheet metal forming,the drawing process is widely used in the production of the cup-shaped parts, conical parts,automobile panels and other irregular parts。Mold,Equipment and Technology will affect the drawing parts。The determination of the traditional process parameters often depends on the experience accumulated by the practitioners,These practitioners also need to carry on the production test to improve the quality of the mold in the productive process of the mold,and finally they will obtain the qualified molds。With the development of technology in the field of the computer and CAE , the finite element simulation has been widely used in the optimization of the process parameters in the field of the sheet metal forming。It not only can quickly and accurately obtain the appropriate process parameters, but also greatly reduce the input of manpower and material resources。It can raise the productive efficiency, reduce the cost of the production and it can bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise。

In this paper,the finite element simulation software Dynaform is used to simulate the forming process of the cup-shaped parts。 By analyzing the state of the stress and strain and the distribution of the thickness in different regions of the cup-shaped parts, the effect of processing parameters such as the drawing velocity,the blank holder force,the friction coefficient,the clearance between the convex and concave die,and the punch fillet radius on the forming quality of the drawing parts can be studied。The results show that the  area where is easy to crack and wrinkle are the convex die fillet area and the cup area。The different process parameters such as the blank holder force,the drawing speed,the friction coefficient,the radius of the punch and die have different degree of influence on the occurrence of defects。Reasonable selection of the forming parameters can reduce the probability of the occurrence of the defects,and it can produce great which meeting the requirements of the shape and size。 And these deep drawing parts have excellent mechanical properties。
