摘要船舶的焊接是船舶制造工业极其重要的一个环节,它直接关系到船体的牢固,船舶的稳性,焊接的质量,直接关系到船舶的安全性能。因此,使用正确的焊接方法,合适的焊缝尺寸是非常重要的。焊接规格表对焊缝尺寸作出规定,以达到船级社标准。81908
本文主要研究内容及相关结论如下:
(1)查阅了船舶相关的焊接方法、焊接型式、坡口型式等,整理归纳了相关内容;整理分析了H-CSR与DNV-GL规范对于角焊接的相关规定;
(2)运用H-CSR规范和DNV-GL规范中对角焊缝的标准,制作某船舶主要构件角焊缝的焊接规格表,包括货舱区域,机舱区域,艏部区域和艉部区域;
(3)DNV-GL规范对于船舶关键部位以及危险部位的焊接要求要比H-CSR规范要高,且其对于一般板材或骨材的焊接方法更加合适,而H-CSR规范更利于省时的大规模生产。

Abstract Welding of ships is extremely important to the shipbuilding industry 。It is directly related to the strength of the ship and the ship's stability。Welding quality is directly related to the ship's safety performance。 Therefore, the use of the correct welding method and the correct weld size are very important。 A system for welding specification table specified weld size, in order to achieve the standard of classification society。
The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:
(1)A ship related welding method ,welding type, slope type, etc。 are consulted, and the related content is summarized。The H-CSR and DNV-GL specification for welding angle of the relevant provisions are collated and analyzed ;
(2)Applying on the H-CSR specification and DNV-GL specification standard, a ship’s main component of fillet weld welding specification table is produced, including cargo area, the cabin area and bow and stern region;
(3)Specification for DNV-GL for ship key parts and dangerous part of the welding requirements might be higher than the specification for H-CSR, and the general plates or stiffener is more suitable in welding method。H-CSR specification is more fitable to saving time large-scale production。
