摘要球阀被广泛运用于石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、钢铁等领域,它具有最低的流阻,能可靠应用于腐蚀性介质和低沸点液体中,密封性能极佳,能快速实现启闭阀门、等优点。它结构紧凑、重量轻,是低温介质系统的最合理的阀门结构。本次设计的1500LB球阀来源自科威特石油公司的重油注水项目,是一种高压软密封固定球阀,适用于石油工业的运输管道连接上,此类阀门,在重油注水项目中被大量应用。设计难度较大,设计要求较高。82239
本文主要介绍了1500LB阀门的设计研发过程。根据石油注水阀门的设计要求,初步确定阀门的基本结构,运用NX等建模软件平台进行产品三维模型绘制及虚拟装配,完成产品详细结构设计;通过ANSYS仿真分析软件模拟实际工况,对设计产品施加相应的载荷,进行应力分析,观察形变程度。在经过一系列的计算校核,优化设计之后,最终完成产品的设计。

Abstract Ball valve is widely used in petroleum refining, long pipeline, chemical industry, papermaking, steel, and other fields。 It has the lowest flow resistance and can reliably used in corrosive medium and low boiling point liquid。 Its sealed performance is good。 It also can quickly realize the opening and closing valves, etc。 It is compact structure and has light weight。 It is low temperature medium system of the reasonable structure of the valve。 The design of the 1500 LB ball valve is from the heavy oil injection project of Kuwait Oil Company。 The design is a kind of high voltage soft seal fixed ball valve。 It applys to oil industry pipeline connection。 This kind of valve is widely used in heavy oil injection project。 Design is difficult and the demand is higher than common designs。
This article mainly introduced the 1500 LB design research and development process of the valve。 Using CAD, NX modeling software design (including two-dimensional engineering graphics drawing level 3 d modeling, assembly), determining the basic structure of valve。 Through ANSYS simulation analysis software to simulate the actual working condition, the design of product on the corresponding load, stress analysis and deformation degree。 After a series of calculation, optimization design, finish the design of the product finally。
