摘要注射成型作为生产塑料制件的重要方法之一,广泛运用于国民经济的各个领 域。而冷却阶段作为注射成型工艺中重要的一环,直接影响了注射生产的效率和 制件的质量。相比于传统的注射模具冷却系统,随形冷却系统具有冷却效率高, 冷却均匀等优点。然而由于其难于加工成型,生产困难等一系列的问题,使得随 形冷却设计仍然仅仅停留在传统方法的基础上,设计无法达到最好的结构,这成 为了随形冷却的技术瓶颈。82596

本文首先介绍了几种国内外先进的注射模具冷却技术,介绍了最近几年来兴 起的新兴冷却技术,并分析相关的优点与不足,并从生产加工的角度评估其合理 性与不足之处,发现随形冷却管道是通用性最强,加工生产中比较合理的一种冷 却方式。之后介绍了近几年国内外随形冷却管道的制造方式,并提出了相关的不 足,从而引出了研究内容。

之后,从注射模具的冷却系统结构出发,提出冷却系统在注射模具整体结构 中的重要性,并提出了具体的模具温度控制系统的优化构想。

随后,我们以一个药箱制件为例,设计出了两种传统的直钻冷却管道,以及 两种随形冷却管道,并运用 moldflow 软件进行相关的注射模拟,得出了上述几 种方案冷却结果。

最后,我们将得出的结果进行相关的比较,比较得出各种设计方案的优点与 不足,并对相关的工艺方案提出了相应的优化工艺,对未来的冷却系统发展进行 展望。

Abstract As one of the most important method for plastic production,injection molding is widely used in almost all fields of national economy。As a key technology among the components in injection mold,cooling stage affects both productivity and quality of the part directly。Compared with the tradition cooling system,the conformal cooling channels carry huge improvements in cooling efficiency and uniform。However,by it’s difficult to volume production and fabrication,the manufacture of conformal cooling channel have to use traditional pattern, which make a low level of productivity。Now,it become the major problem of the conformal cooling channel。

First of all,we take a view of some internal and external advanced technologies of cooling system and analyze both advantages and disadvantages of them。Focus the eye on the conformal cooling channel,we find that the conformal cooling channel is the most appropriate choice because it's can suit for almost all injection molding。And than, the manufacturing methods of the conformal cooling channel at home and abroad in recent years are introduced, and the related problems are put forward, which leads to the research content。

Then,starting from the cooling system structure of the injection molding, the importance of the cooling system in the whole structure of the injection molding was put forward, and the optimization of the temperature control system of the molding was put forward。

Subsequently, we take a KIT part for example,we design two kinds of traditional straight drill cooling channel, and two kinds of conformal cooling channel, and the use of Moldflow software was related to the injection molding simulation, the above schemes cooling results are obtained。

Finally, we comparing results for advantages and disadvantages of various design schemes, and put forward the corresponding optimization process for the technological process, take prospects for future developments。
