摘要随着生产设备性能的提高,现今玻镁板企业的产品生产速度大幅提升,这就对烘干效率提出了新的要求。本文阐述的烘干设备采用电热管加热炉方式,对空气进行加热,电热炉采用一些保温板组成。炉内热空气通过离心风机和轴流风机,将烘干室和加热炉的空气进行循环加热,提高烘干室内温度,通过去除空气中的水分,达到干燥的目的。此套设备维护简单,成本低廉,烘干效率高。气流循环的方式,使加热管的热能得到了充足的使用,极大地提升热效率。配置的进回收通气管道,对烘干室进行循环通风加热,很大程度的减少了升温时间,降低了电能的消耗。养护烘干作为玻镁板生产的最后一道工序,决定着玻镁板的出厂后的防火质量和美观程度。玻镁板的烘干效益,在很大程度上影响着一个生产企业的经济效益。82904

Abstract Nowadys with the development performancethe of manufacturing equipment ,the production ability of many magnesium plate glass enterprise increased significantly,which means new demands must be put forward to the drying equipment。 Natural drying mode is out of time,whose drying process is too simple to make sure the proper Moisture content。the drying equipment presented in this paper demonstrated a set of air heating device which uses Electric heating tubes within a sealed heating box which contains several pieces of Insulation board。the heated air in the heating stove is conducted to the drying room in pipes by using a Centrifugal fan and an Axial flow fan,by this way,an air recycle is formed between this two rooms and the temperature is raised。on the other hand,by dislodge the water steam in the air,the purpose of board drying is achieved。the set of quipment is ease to keep maintainance which gets a low cost high drying efficiency。 The heat energy of the Electric heating tubes is fully used, and the heat efficiency is greatly improved by using the way of air circulation。The circulating ventilation heating of the drying chamber is carried out by the configuration of the inlet and the recovery ventilation pipe, which greatly reduces the heating time and reduces the consumption of the electric energy。 Curing and drying equipment As the last process of the glass magnesium plate production , it determines the fire quality and aesthetic level of the glass magnesium board when they leave the factory。 The drying efficiency of glass magnesium board, to a large extent, affects the economic benefits of a production enterprise。
