摘要本设计的目的是应对企业中的倒角难问题设计一款自动倒角机(设备),主要加工的范围为5-50mm的管件端面倒角工作。目前国内倒角机分为自动和手动两种型号。手动倒角机效率低,危险系数高。市场中存在的国产自动倒角机则一般技术不够完善,进口倒角机则成本偏高。84087
考虑到倒角加工使用机械切削加工,本设计的主要内容是对倒角机的机械加工部分设计,夹具设计,液压系统设计及控制系统分析。以50管加工为例模拟加工过程,确保加工的质量和精度。液压系统为整个系统提供了动力,科学的液压系统设计是加工的基础。同时,进行了强度校核并进行寿命核算,保证设备安全性。
本设备将缩管过程自动化,并考虑了经济因素,互换性的模具设计节省了成本,降低了操作难度,简化了机械结构。倒角机的自动化生产不仅保证了加工的可靠性,保证了质量,降低了人力成本,也大大提高了安全性。可以完成5-50mm各种型号管件的倒角工作,满足各种客户需求,大大提高了生产效率。
