    本次设计首先对先导式减压阀结构的探究,拟定两种方案来对先导式减压阀进行研究:一种是管接式的,另一种是板接式的。通过对比和分析,管接式的装配方便且结构简洁明了,没有复杂的结构,所以选择了现在应用最普遍的管接式减压阀进行先导式减压阀的结构设计。通过对阀内部的尺寸参数和结构来进行设计,来提高阀的密封性,并且在现有的减压阀基础上通过改变主阀芯的材料,阀芯、阀套等精密零件可选用45钢、40Cr、Cr12MoV、12CrNi3A、18CrMnTi、18CrNiWA及GCr15等高级工具钢,从而提高减压阀的灵敏度,使产品在满足设计条件要求的情况下,更加经济合理化。论文网
    该设计主要参考了DR50型先导式减压阀的相关产品的结构和技术参数,并以其为基础,重新设计了先导式定值输出液压减压阀阀芯的结构参数,通过计算和不断优化使减压阀的部分或整体性能有所提高完善。
