摘 要 ： 市场经济的持续不断地在进步，发展到一定程度就衍生了内部控制制度，内部 控制制度是企业经营管理的必要措施，由于我国当前经济情况持续发展且不断转变，激烈 的市场竞争和变幻莫测的市场环境使企业的经营管理面对越来越多的难题，在企业经营管 理上的问题连续不断显现的现实情况下，加强公司内部控制，不但可以提升公司经营、管 理的整体水准，同时也可加强公司防备与抵抗风险的能力，继而推动公司的健康发展。本 文先阐述内部控制制度的相关理论概念，然后以南京华创交通设备有限公司为例分析了该 公司内部控制存在的问题，最后，针对其出现的问题，提出了一些相应的解决方法。 73085
