摘 要:在我国众多经济结构中,中小企业已成为我国经济发展的重要组成部分。财务人员是企业组织中的重要组成部分,现阶段各个企业对本单位内部的员工进行绩效管理,财务人员的绩效考核也随之开展。认真分析企业财务人员绩效考核,制定科学的绩效考核计划,完善考核工作,对于企业的长远发展是非常有意义的。本文以邦森服饰公司为例,以邦森服饰财务绩效考评现状为出发点,对其取得的成就和出现的问题进行分析。通过对问题的深度剖析,提出了相对应的整改措施以完善公司财务绩效考评体系,不断提高公司财务管理水平,促进公司全面发展。 73606

Abstract:During our country many financial structure, Middle and small-sized enterprises have become the significant part in the development of Chinese economics。 In addition, financial officer is an important part of business organization。 In current part, each business implement performance management for internal officers, meanwhile, financial officer also will be taken the performance appraisal。 It is really meaningful for the long-term development of business to analysis the staffs’ performance assessment program, make a scientific plan for the assessment, improve the assessment work。 In this article, Bang Sen apparel company was taken as an example which also mean the start point of the business to analysis its success and problem which has been met in the past time。 Moreover, through the deeply dissect of the problem to make the appropriate and corrective measures to improve the company's financial performance appraisal system。 Keeping improving the level of business financial management to promote the comprehensive development of the company。
