摘要：经济全球化带动了全球经济的迅速发张，我国踏入了一个新的发展时期。企业想要在激烈而残酷的市场中求得一席之地，资金是不可忽略的。但是企业的自有资金有限，因此，负债筹资成为企业获得资金的必要手段之一。如何合理运用财务杠杆，使之发挥正效应，提高企业筹资效益，具有非常重要的意义。本篇论文分四部分，第一部介绍国内外学者对财务杠杆的分析和研究；第二部分写的是负债融资，财务杠杆的原理及效应进行了简单的总结，为后文的分析奠定了理论基础；第三部分通过介绍了星海公司的基本概况，并对星海公司财务杠杆的运用情况进行分析总结；第四部分通过案例，提出如何合理运用财务杠杆的建议。本文的目的是通过对企业财务杠杆的利用情况进行分析，从而为促进我国企业充分利用财务杠杆提高财务管理能力提供科学的依据。77960
