Title An empirical study on business performance and financial leverage of Chinese listed companies

Abstract Operating performance determines the survival and development of enterprises, enterprise security and efficient operations。 The relationship between financial leverage and operating performance has been much attention for research scholars。 The development of real estate companies has an important influence on the development of the national economy。

In this paper, we choose the real estate industry as the research object。 Combining relevant theories of financial leverage and operating performance, we analyze the important role of the real estate industry in national economic development。 On empirical study, we choose 122 listed companies in the real estate industry as samples。 We analysis 2 years data to explore the relationship between financial leverage and operating performance。 We use regression analysis to study the financial leverage and operating performance in Empirical research。 we choose the company's financial leverage as the independent variable, and choose the real estate industry listed company's operating performance as the dependent variable。
