摘要:植物内生菌是指其生活史在一定或全部阶段生活在健康植物组织内或组织间的微生物。研究证明,植物内生菌普遍存在于植物体内,并且能够产生活性次生代谢产物,是一种具有潜在价值的资源宝库。本文研究了云实内生菌Chaetomium globosum YSC5对水稻纹枯病菌等9种植物病原菌的抑菌活性,并对菌株进行大批量发酵,通过活性追踪筛选出活性化合物cheatoglobosin A,发现其对小麦赤霉病菌、草莓灰霉病菌、油菜菌核病菌菌丝生长有较强的抑制作用,在此类常见病害的防治上有一定的应用潜力。25646 毕业论文关键词:植物内生菌;植物病原菌;抑菌活性;Cheatoglobosin A
Secondary metabolites from Chaetomium globosum YSC5, an endophytic fungus in Caesalpinia decapetala
Abstract:Endophydic fungi refer to the fungi colonizing in healthy plant tissues. Research have proven that endophydic fungi are widely existed in plants and they can produce various secondary metabolites with different biological activities, which are regarded as potentially valuable treasure resources.This paper studied the antifungal activity of Chaetomium globosum YSC5, an endophyte in Caesalphinia decapetala, against nine pathogenic fungi including Rhizoctonia solani. After large scale fermentation and following the bioactive-guide isolation cheatoglobosin A , was purificated from the YSC5 ferment extract. It displayed potent inhibitory effect against Fusarium graminearum, Botrytis cinerea, and Sclerotinia scleotiorum, suggesting application potential in controlling plant diseases.
