摘要:蓖麻(拉丁学名:Ricinus communis L.),大戟科,属一年生或多年生草本植物。叶和根能入药,蓖麻种子还可榨油。蓖麻作为一种清洁能源被广泛使用,但产量成为制约它发展的主要因素。MADS-box家族对植物开花有非常重要的作用,尤其是开花整合子SUPPRESSOR OF OVEREXPRESSION OF CONSTANS1(SOC1)。SOC1基因是控制植物开花的重要因素,本研究通过对蓖麻SOC1的生物信息学分析,探究SOC1对蓖麻产生的影响以及生物学作用,为蓖麻进一步基因改良奠定基础。28331 毕业论文关键词: SOC1;蓖麻;花期调控
Bioinformatic analysis of the SOC1 gene in Ricinus communis
Abstract:Castor (Latin name: Ricinus communis L.), Euphorbiaceae, genus of annual or perennial herbaceous plants. Ye Hegen can medicine, castor seed oil can. As a kind of clean energy, castor is widely used, but the output is the main factor that restrict its development.. MADS -box family has a very important effect on the flowering of plants, especially SUPPRESSOR OF OVEREXPRESSION OF CONSTANS1(SOC1). SOC1 gene is important factors controlling flowering plants, this study through on castor SOC1 biological information analysis and investigation on castor SOC1 effects and biological effects, for the further improvement of castor gene lay the foundation.
