摘要:为了了解盐胁迫对紫苏幼苗生长和抗氧化酶的影响,先用紫苏种子在栽培基质中育苗,当苗高达15cm左右,将紫苏幼苗采用1/2Hoagland营养液进行水培,7d后加入不同质量的NaCl处理,使其最终盐处理浓度分别为0,50,100,150,200 mmol•L-1。结果表明,盐溶液浓度为50 mmol•L-1时,紫苏幼苗的株高,鲜干比和MDA含量与对照组相比没有显著变化;盐溶液浓度为100,150,200mmol•L-1时,对紫苏幼苗具有盐胁迫性,株高,鲜干比明显降低,盐浓度越大,下降幅度越大;MDA含量显著降低;抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性下降,盐浓度越高3种酶活性下降幅度越大。30135 毕业论文关键词:盐胁迫;紫苏幼苗;生长;抗氧化酶
The effect of salt stress on the growth of seedlings in Perilla frutescens L.Britt.
