摘要:由黄单胞杆菌水稻致病变种引起的水稻白叶枯病是水稻最严重的病害之一,严重影响水稻的产量。赤霉素是一类通过诱导位于细胞核的抑制生长的DELLA蛋白的降解来促进植物生长发育的植物激素,在水稻中为SLR1。最近研究发现,赤霉素在植物抗病过程中起着重要调节作用并且与茉莉酸存在相互作用。因此,本研究以赤霉素合成及信号途径为出发点,以RNA干扰调控赤霉素合成途径的关键基因EUI得到的突变体及EUI、SLR1功能缺失突变体为研究材料,通过剪叶法接种白叶枯病菌的方法研究发现赤霉素负调控水稻抗白叶枯病,为进一步探究其分子机制奠定了基础。30491 毕业论文关键词:水稻;赤霉素;白叶枯病;SLR1
Gibberellins Biosynthesis and Signaling Negatively Control the Rice’s Resistance of Xanthomonas Oryzae pv
Abstract: As one of the most serious disease in rice, rice bacterial blight caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv significantly decrease the yield of rice. Gibberellins are a kind of tetracyclic plant hormones which are known throught the plant field to promote plant growth by abducting the degradation of a kind of nuclear growth-repressing proteins, called DELLAs, There is only one DELLA protein in rice called SLR1. Recent studies have proved that SLR1 protein has an important roles in the regulation of the plant development and resistance and have interactions with jasmonate. Therefore in this study, we focus on the gibberellins biosynthesis and signaling ,make full use of the transgenic rice materials which made by RNAi of the EUI gene that is vital in regulating the biosynthesis of the gibberellins and the loss-of-function mutant of SLR1 and EUI.we innoculated the Xanthomonas oryzae pv bacteria via cutting the tip of the rice leaves.
