摘要:从患病鲫鱼(Carassius aumtus)病变皮肤中分离细菌,将其暂命名为KP,并将细菌接种TSA培养基分离纯化,对细菌KP进行革兰氏染色、形态学观察、生理生化反应、药敏试验、并进行人工感染。结果显示,KP菌株革兰氏阴性短杆状菌;生理生化结果表明:KP菌株能利用葡萄糖产气,对MR、VP、脲酶、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、鸟氨酸、蔗糖、O/F生化管、精氨酸双水解酶、氨基酸对照均为阳性反应;对硫化氢、枸橼酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、靛基质、棉子糖、山梨醇、侧金盏花醇、本醇、乳糖、卫茅醇、阿拉伯糖、七叶苷、肌醇、木糖、鼠李糖、DNA酶均为阴性反应。根据常见细菌系统鉴定手册,初步鉴定为文隆气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)。药敏试验结果表明,该菌株KP对碳青霉烯类、头孢类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类、磺胺类大环内酯类高度敏感;对哌拉西林、万古霉素、利福平中度敏感;对盘尼西林类、克林霉素、替考拉宁低度敏感。人工感染鲫鱼结果表明,KP菌株72h的致死率为100%,鲫鱼出现烂尾、溃疡、皮肤充血出血等症状。本实验为鱼类皮肤细菌研究和鱼类疾病的预防等提供一定的理论依据。33495

Isolation、Identification and Pathogenieity Evaluation of Pathogenic Bacteria Aeromonas veronii from skin of Carassius aumtus
Abstract: The bacteria isolated from  pathogenic skin of diseased crucian carp (Carassius aumtus) is temporarily designated for the KP. And we purified the bacteria with the TSA medium separation. Then, we conducted the morphology observation through Gram staining, the test of physiological and biochemical characteristics, the test of drug sensitive, and the artificial infection. The results showed that the KP strains is short of gram-negative bacillus; The results of the physiological and biochemical tset showed that the KP strains are all emerged the positive reaction to the glucose producing gas, MR, VP, urease, phenylalanine, lysine and ornithine, sucrose, O/F biochemical tube, double hydrolytic enzymes, amino acids contrast; And the KP strains are all emerged the negative reaction to the hydrogen sulfide, citric acid, salt, glucose acid salt, indole, raffinose, sorbitol, side marigold alcohol, the alcohol, lactose, evonymun alatus alcohol, arabinose, seven leaf glycosides, inositol, xylose and rhamnose, DNA enzyme. According to the Common Bacteria System Identification Manual, we identified the bacteria as Aeromonas veronii preliminarily. The test results of the drug susceptibility showed that the strain of KP is highly sensitive to the carbon penicillium alkene, cephalosporins, aminoglycoside, quinolone, sulfa large ring lactone class; And the strain of KP is moderately sensitive to the piperacillin, vancomycin, rifampin; And the strain of KP is low-alcohol sensitive to the penicillin class, clindamycin. The results of artificial infection to crucian carp showed that the fatality rate of the KP strains was 100% among 72 h, and the carp emerged the symptoms of lousy tail, ulcer, skin hyperemia bleeding ect. This experiment will provide certain theoretical basis for bacterial identification and the prevention of fish diseases .
