摘要钡(barium,Ba)对人类来说不是必需元素是有毒元素,食入可溶性钡化合物会引起钡中毒。而钡进入人体的一个尤为主要的途径是通过食物。因此,我们通过对鲫鱼的探究为预防人类中毒提供一些依据。本论文研究不同浓度钡离子对鲫鱼鳃中氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。实验将一定数量的鲫鱼饲养在不同浓度的钡溶液中,饲养4天,即96小时,饲养期间观察鲫鱼的活动状况,之后将鲫鱼处死,并测定鲫鱼鳃中氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,通过所得数据,分析钡在不同浓度下对鲫鱼的不同影响。实验结果表明:在钡溶液中,鲫鱼由一开始不适应环境而剧烈运动逐渐变缓,体重减轻。钡浓度越高,活动剧烈,氯化钡溶液对鲫鱼鳃SOD的活性在少量范围内呈现促进作用,而达到2 mol/l时,抑制作用明显。鲫鱼鳃CAT活性都有不同程度的降低。71682

Effect of Barium on the Activity of Some Antioxidant enzymes in Carassius auratus Gill

Abstract Barium (barium, Ba) is not required for the human element. On the contrary, it is a toxic element. Soluble barium compounds and causes barium poisoning in their diet. And barium enters the body by a particularly the main way which is by food. At this point, the barium contenting in food has become very important. Therefore, we provide some basis for prevention of human poisoning through the exploration of Carassius auratus. This paper studies different concentrations barium ion in Carassius auratus gill oxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activity. In the experiment, we put Carassius auratus exposed to different concentrations of barium chloride aerated water for four day about 96 h, observe the Carassius auratus activity between feeding period. Then, make Carassius auratus died and measure the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activity to evaluate the influence of different concentrations of barium in Carassius auratus gill tissue. The experimental results show that: in the environment of the barium solution, carp activities do not adapt to the environment by the beginning and activity is frequent. Gradually activity becomes slow and loss of weight. The concentration of barium is higher, carp behavior is severer and the weight loss is greater. Within the scope of a small amount, barium chloride solution has promoting effect to the activity of SOD (superoxide dismutase) of Carassius auratus gill, and achieve the 2 mmol/l barium chloride solution, the inhibitory effect is obvious. With the concentration increasing, activity decreased reduced gradually.
