摘 要: 目的:探讨5-N杂胞苷(5-azaC,一种DNA甲基化抑制剂)在热胁迫下对果蝇寿命影响和在常温下对其生殖能力的影响。实验方法:寿命实验:收集野生果蝇用乙醚将其麻醉,选取外形、个体大小相似且各种行为正常的果蝇分成相同的几组进行实验,记录每组果蝇存活数量。生殖能力实验,收集8-10小时内羽化而未交配的果蝇,选取外形、个体大小相似且各种行为正常的果蝇,雌雄分开各一半进行实验,记录果蝇繁殖的数量。结果:不同浓度的5-azaC对果蝇寿命和生殖能力有不同程度的影响。结论:果蝇体内是存在DNA甲基化调控的,不同浓度5-azaC对实验结果影响不同。35622 毕业论文关键词:5-N杂胞苷;果蝇;寿命;生殖
Effects of 5-azaC on Life and Procreation Capacity in Drosophila
Abstract: Object: Explore the effects of 5-azaC( DNA methylation inhibitor ) on life at heat stress and reproductive capacity at room temperature in drosophila. Methods: Life experiment: Collecting wild drosophila and using ether to anaesthetize. Selecting the shape、body size similar and various normal acts’ drosophilas, that are pided into the same groups to experiment. Then, recording the number of survival in each experiment. Fertility experiment: Collecting feathered within 8-10 hours without mating drosophilas and selecting the shape、body size similar and various normal acts’ drosophilas. Each half of the male and female experiment, recording the number of drosophilas breeding. Result: Different concentrations of 5-azaC have varying degrees of influence longevity and reproductive capacity of drosophila melanogaster. conclusion: Drosophila have DNA methylation in the regulation. Different concentrations of 5-azaC have different effects on experimental results.
