摘要:PC-MYB参与了细胞的分化、细胞周期的调节、激素和环境因子应答,并对植物叶片等器官形态建成具有重要的调节作用。本论文采用生物信息学的方法,在NCBI上搜索获得PC-MYB的潜在同源序列共16科28属35种,对这些序列进行了序列比对及系统发育树构建,结果表明,基于氨基酸序列与基于CDS序列所构建的系统发育树基本相似,只是在一些小的分支及支持率上有所差别。同属及同科的物种均较好地聚在了一起,说明PC-MYB基因在属内及科内的保守性。36157 毕业论文关键词:MYB;同源序列比对;生物信息学
MYB gene families homology analysis
Abstract: PC - MYB involved in the regulation of cell differentiation, cell cycle, hormones and environmental factors, and the plant leaves, such as organ formation plays an important role in regulating.This paper adopts the method of bioinformatics, search for the PC - MYB on NCBI. Total 35 homologous sequences representing 35 species in 28 genera, 16 families were downloaded in our analyses.We did alignment based these sequences,and used MEGA to infer phylogenetic relationships. Our results revealed that minor differences in clades and support values were found between aa-based tree and cds-based tree. Species from the same genus or family were monophyletic, suggesting the PC-MYB was conservation in the genus and family level.
