摘要:铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)和抗生素同时存在于水体中的可能性较大,抗生素具有环境毒性,对铜绿微囊藻可能产生一定的生理效应的影响;同时,铜绿微囊藻对抗生素也产生一定的降解作用。因此本课题研究铜绿微囊藻的培养体系对抗生素的降解情况,研究抗生素在铜绿微囊藻作用下的降解特性,检测方法使用高效液相色谱法,抗生素的降解符合 特性。本论文评价抗生素的环境风险,对抗生素的合理使用起到重要的意义。41396 毕业论文关键词:铜绿微囊藻、抗生素、降解
Study on degradation of antibiotics by cultivation system of Microcystis aeruginosa
Abstract:Microcystis aeruginosa belongs to Cyanophyta chroococcaceae Microcystis, which is one of the dominant algae bloom.Because of the proliferation of cyanobacteria, common in the eutrophication of the water body, so as to the eye to form a water bloom.Among them, two kinds of substances, such as the aeruginosa and the antibiotic, may exist simultaneously.Therefore, the study is on the degradation of antibiotics in the culture system of aeruginosa and the Evaluation of the environmental toxicity of antibiotics and the risk of environmental impact.Let us further understand the characteristics of the two types of substances such as aeruginosa and antibiotics And the rational use of antibiotics and on how to correctly evaluate the ecological safety play an important significance. High performance liquid chromatography was used for the detection of the degradation of antibiotics in the liquid of P. aeruginosa.And the content of chlorophyll of the P. aeruginosa was determined by UV spectrophotometer.In this study, the degradation of antibiotics in Pseudomonas aeruginosa was studied.

1.1.1铜绿微囊藻的特征
铜绿微囊藻是现今较为普遍的水华蓝藻,它是一种原核生物。藻细胞的体积非常的小,它的直径大小仅为3-7毫米。而细胞的外部是由鞘包覆。它的细胞内有一种呈现蓝绿色的原生质体。但是在光学显微镜里面观察铜绿微囊藻是呈现暗色的。这是因为该藻细胞的囊胞充满了空气。而存在于细胞里的囊胞的作用是提供足够的浮力。这可以使藻细胞获得更好的光线与二氧化碳。
