摘要桂花是中国十大花卉之一,是一种观赏与实用的珍贵树种,在中国桂花的栽培有2500多年历史。但是能结实的桂花树数量少、结实率低,其种子具有后熟性及深度休眠的特性。桂花的繁殖一直作为很多科学家的研究课题。作者从桂花的幼嫩的花器官入手进行桂花花芽组织培养研究,利用属于四季桂的天香台阁取材方便,四季开花的特点,采用植物离体组织培养的方法,探究花芽培养过程中培养基适宜配方,发现最佳的花瓣消毒时间,光在花瓣愈伤组织生长中的影响,以及液体培养的效果,硝酸银抑制花芽愈伤组织褐化的效果等,并成功培育出桂花植株。44308
Osmanthus is one of the Ten flower in China .It is a rare species of ornamental and practical, in the cultivation of Chinese osmanthus 2,500 years of history. But can a small number of strong osmanthus trees, seed rate, seed and has a deep sleep after the maturity characteristics. Osmanthus breeding has been a lot of research as scientists.
