Study on the Extraction of Polysaccharide from Plantago asiatica L.
Abstract: In this experiment, the correlative factors impacting extraction ratio of polysaccharide from plantago asiatica L., were investigated, using microwave- assisted extraction and distilled water as the extractant. From the point of extraction ratio of polysaccharide, the optimal extraction conditions were optimized via single factors and orthogonal experiment, which include the ratio of solid to liquid, microwave power, microwave heating time, and extraction temperature. The results showed that the optimal conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharide were as follows: ratio of solid to liquid being1:30, microwave power middle fire, extracting for 3 min, 80℃. The maximum amounts of polysaccharide 94.13 mg/g were obtained Under above conditions.
