摘要:本文以水培的方法,将鸭跖草置于不同浓度的铅[Pb2+]=0mg/L、200mg/L、400mg/L、600mg/L、800mg/L环境下培养,研究铅胁迫对鸭跖草叶片丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性及光合指标的影响。结果显示:当[Pb2+]≤400mg/L时,铅离子对鸭跖草叶片生理指标有促进作用,且与浓度呈正相关关系,当[Pb2+]=400mg/L时,丙二醛含量比对照高55%,过氧化物酶活性比对照大1。6倍,叶绿素含量比对照高90%,光合速率比对照大7倍,当C(Pb2+)>400mg/L时,铅对鸭跖草叶片产生毒害作用,丙二醛含量比对照降低27%,过氧化物酶活性比对照降低89%,叶绿素含量比对照降低1%,光合速率比对照降低59%。因此,若环境铅离子浓度超过400mg/L,会对鸭跖草生理功能产生毒害作用。72183

Effects of Pb on the Photosynthesis and Physical Signs of Commelina communis L
Abstract:A hydroponic treatment were conducted on the effects of Pb (C(Pb2+)=0mg/L、200mg/L、400mg/L、600mg/L、800mg/L)on the contents of MDA and CHL and activity of PDA and photosynthetic signs of Commelina communis L under Pb stress。The experiment revealed the results as follows:When the concentration of Pb less than or was equal to 400mg/L, Pb2+ had a positive influence on the physical and chemical activity of Commelina communis L,and showed positive correlation with the physical and chemical activity of Commelina communis L,When the concentration of Pb was equal to 400mg/L, the concentration of MDA was higher 55% than the matched group, the activity of POD was 1。6 times as large than the matched group, the concentration of CHL was higher 90% than the matched group, the speed of photosynthesis was 7 times as large than the matched group。When the concentration of Pb more than 400mg/L, Pb2+ would be negative for the Commelina communis L。In result , the concentration of MDA was less 27% than the matched group, the activity of POD was less 89% than the matched group, the concentration of CHL was less 1% than the matched group, the speed of photosynthesis was less 59% than the matched group。
