摘要甘薯作为我国的第四大粮食作物,是重要的工业加工原料、动物饲料、新型能源及保健作物。甘薯为大田扦插繁殖农作物,其扦插茎段的生根能力对甘薯幼苗适应环境胁迫具有决定性作用,也影响着甘薯后期生长发育和薯块形成。本实验的研究目的是以生根数和平均根长为指标,确定不同甘薯栽培品种不定根生根效率,筛选相对生根迅速和生根缓慢的甘薯栽培品种,为进一步研究甘薯不定根发生的分子机制奠定基础。实验结果表明,生根迅速的甘薯栽培品种为徐薯33、紫3,生根迟缓的甘薯栽培品种为徐薯30。本文讨论并概述了影响甘薯生根的不同因素。本研究为后续甘薯不定根发生分子机制的研究奠定了一定的基础,同时为生产上选择合适的栽培品种提供理论依据。72215

Comparative Studies on the Adventitious Root Occurrence Efficiency of Different Sweet Potato Cultivated Varieties
Abstract Sweet potato is not only the fourth major food crops in China, but also an important industrial raw material, fodder, new energy and health care crops。 Sweet potato is a field cutting propagation crop。 Its rooting ability of the cuttings has a decisive effect on the adaptation to environmental stress, and also affects the growth and development of sweet potato and the formation of tuber。 The aims of this study were to determine the root efficiency of different sweet potato varieties with rooting number and average root length as index, and to screen the sweet potato varieties with rapid and slow rooting。 The experimental results showed that the rapid rooting varieties were Xushu 33, purple 3, and the slow rooting variety was Xushu 30。 In this paper, the different factors affecting the rooting of sweet potato were discussed and summarized。 This study laid a foundation for the study of the molecular mechanism of adventitious root formation in sweet potato, and provided a theoretical basis for the selection of suitable cultivation varieties in production。
