摘要地钱作为苔藓植物的典型代表种类,其配子体是传统的中药材,具有广泛的药用价值。本文从地钱的雌托部分着手调查,将其与配子体从总黄酮含量、抗氧化活性及抗乙酰胆碱酯酶活性等多方面进行比较及分析。本研究先后采用乙醇超声振荡及铝盐显色分光光度法,分别提取、测定了地钱雌托与配子体中的总黄酮含量。并进行地钱雌托和配子体提取液对DPPH自由基清除活性、ABTS自由基清除活性、超氧自由基清除活性、铁还原力等一系列体外抗氧化活性测定试验以及抗乙酰胆碱酯酶活性测定实验。结果表明,地钱雌托的总黄酮含量显著高于配子体,且约为配子体的10倍;地钱雌托提取液的抗氧化活性远大于配子体提取液,且具有抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的能力。75211
Abstract Marchantia polymorpha, as a typical representative species of bryophytes, whose gametophyte is a kind of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, has a wide range of medicinal value。 In the article, we investigated and analysed the archegoniophore of Marchantia polymorpha, comparing this part to gametophyte on the total flavonoids content, anti-oxidant activity and anti-acetylcholinesterase activity。 Ethanol ultrasonic oscillation and aluminum salt spectrophotometry methods were adopted to extract and determine the total flavonoids content of archegoniophore and gametophyte。 Then we carried out a series of in vitro anti-oxidant activity assays, including determination of DPPH free radical scavenging activity, ABTS free radical scavenging activity, superoxide radical scavenging activity and Fe2+ reduction ability, as well as anti-acetylcholinesterase activity assay by extract of archegoniophore and gametophyte。 The result shows, the total flavonoids content of archegoniophore is significantly higher than that of gametophyte and is equivalent to ten times of gametophyte; the anti-oxidant activity of archegoniophore extraction is much higher than that of gametophyte; archegoniophore extraction has the ability to inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE)。
